An Acceptable Solution replaces the need to produce your own DWSP and SWRMP, and to comply with the QA Rules.

You still need to do alot of the things that the QA Rules and a good DWSP would require you to do, and some assumptions are made about your supply.  

If any of these assumptions aren't true, you will need to instead develop your SWRMP and DWSP, and comply with the QA Rules.
